WWII Panzertruppe Skins
Was there ever a need to have this many different skins?
I said I would make panzer skins a while back, and here they are. There are quite a few skins included in this as you can see from the pics, but for the most part was easy enough. Two different panzer jacket models (Wehrmacht and SS cuts), different collar tabs and hats. That’s it, so it was fairly easy to work with.
The addon includes nine whole skins:
- Heer Panzer – Early
- Panzer unit with a feldmütze as I’m too lazy to make a beret
- Heer Panzer – Late
- M43 einheitsfeldmützen
- Heer Panzer Aufklärungs
- The early skin, but with recon waffenfarbe
- SS Panzer – Das Reich
- An SS-cut jacket with cuff title and tabs portraying the 2. SS-Panzer Division, aka ‘Das Reich’
- SS Panzer – Camo
- Like the above, but with camo and a severe lack of insignia
- Luftwaffe Panzer
- Yes, they existed
- Heer Assault Gun – Early
- Gray jacket with totenkopf tabs
- Heer Assault Gun – Late
- Gray jacket with litzen
- SS Assault Gun
- Gray jacket with SS tabs
I’m not a huge scholar of panzer uniforms, but I know a basic amount of info regarding them and since I had one model done, I decided to finish the rest of them up anyhow. Equipment is basic, a holster and belt, as I mean, you’re in a tank, you don’t need much else. I was also too lazy to make headsets, plus I don’t even want to imagine how annoying getting the little wires to rig properly would be. Whenever I get around to WWII again, I’ll probably work on Luftwaffe as I accidentally deleted my old American model.
This addon does not endorse the NSDAP, crimes committed by the Heer, Waffen-SS, Luftwaffe, or any other part of the Third Reich, and is purely made for historical intent. The addon features swastikas and SS runes, I will censor them if this violates RF Workshop policy. Yes I basically just copied my HARP disclaimer and tweaked it.
