4 Observers (2 aiding each Watch Officer, the game doesn’t allow to have both these and normal observers due to the small space of the bridge)
4 Stokers (2 each helping the Machinists to reduce fuel consumption)
2 Navigators (To aid the Navigation Officer)
2 Torpedo Mechanics (Aiding the Torpedo Mechanic Officer)
1 Radioman (With a shift covering the sleep of the main Radioman officer)
4 Diving Planes Specialists (Set them to clean, open doors and press buttons, but with a priority lower than DP, so that they do those tasks while on the surface)
2 Helmsmen
2 Cooks
Type VII:
Officers:
2 Watch Officers
1 Navigator
2 Machinists

Sailors:
8 Observers (2 aiding each Watch Officer and 2 more on the bridge for each shift)
