Simple AI door interaction for Arma 3.
AI Door Logic Enhanced helps AI detect nearby building doors and open them while moving through urban areas, interiors, compounds, and built-up combat zones.The goal is to make AI movement around buildings feel a little less awkward without turning this into a heavy AI overhaul.

QUICK OVERVIEW
- AI door opening: AI can detect nearby usable doors and open them when moving through buildings.
- Friendly-aware checks: The system checks nearby friendly units and players to avoid obvious door interaction issues.
- Lightweight design: Uses scheduled checks, cooldowns, caching, and simple safety rules to keep overhead low.
- Configurable behaviour: Includes CBA settings for scan range, timing, cooldowns, and debug logging.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Door closing: I Am sorry but i could not figure out for the life of me how to get the doors to close when ai has passed through them, i do apologise for that i just cant figure it out
COMPATIBILITY
AI Door Logic Enhanced is a small server-side AI utility. It does not replace Arma 3 AI, rewrite pathfinding, change combat behaviour, or require Eden or Zeus modules.
- CBA_A3: Required.
- AI mods: Built to be non-invasive, but heavily scripted missions or AI frameworks may still need testing.
KNOWN LIMITS
- No reliable door closing: AI may leave doors open after using them.
- Building differences: Door behaviour can vary depending on the map, building, and door config.
- Arma pathfinding: AI can still behave awkwardly around tight interiors and narrow doorways.
