slop hud [REPENTOGON]
A Repentogon/Repentance port of the Garry’s Mod Slop HUD addon steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3701867447 Recreates the HUD overlays, random broadcasts, phone notifications, stress meters, and Isaac-adapted enemy scanner.
Cortisol Meter
The mod tracks a cortisol level during gameplay. It can spike from stressful moments such as taking damage, losing
Holy Mantle, jumpscares, and certain enemy/boss encounters. Killing enemies reduces cortisol, with stronger reductions for minibosses and bosses.
Holy Mantle Reactions
Losing Holy Mantle on The Lost increases cortisol heavily. Tainted Lost losing mantle maxes the meter. Curse room
mantle loss is ignored so it does not punish normal curse room entry.
Random Events
Several events can randomly interrupt the HUD:
- TV popup with random clips/images
- Phone popup event
- Keys event
- Mossball cam
- Eyes emoji appearing at random screen positions
- PBB / BB-style jumpscare event (not yet implemented fully)
- Lamar event (not turned on by default bc of performance issues currently)
Visual Filters
The HUD can trigger visual effects such as the Rio de Janeiro filter and red tint filter. Some events can temporarily
tint or distort the screen.
HUD Panels
The mod replaces/adds slop-style HUD panels for stats, health, items, cortisol, and other chaos indicators.
Supports Mod Config Menu – Impure.
You can configure event chances, durations, toggles, and reset everything back to default settings.
REPENTOGON is required.
Mod Config Menu – Impure is recommended if you want to change settings in-game.
This is a very early REPENTOGON port and it is still unfinished. Expect bugs/slowdowns and some other shi, A lot of stuff from original slop hud is not currently implemented, maybe i will implement after some time so maybe expect an update soon
