They added Noelle to TBOI. What a joyous day!

This mod adds Noelle straight from Deltarune to the game, with special ablities such her SOUL, which gives her the ability to graze attacks to gain charge, or her Iceshock active, which lets her cast a frosty spell, dealing 50 damage to a single target, and freezing them!
