Veteran Sharpshooters – Modified – buffs, and abilities (Has bullet trails)

Main changes compared to the mod:
– All light infantry have been given Wooden Stakes (place stakes to hinder charging cavalry), and Light Infantry Behavior (spread them out a bit and allows most if not all riflemen to fire)
– Tosa Riflemen now have +10 range instead of not being buffed at all
– Projectiles_tables have been renamed to ye_projectiles and therefore less likely to conflict with other projectile-modifying mods
– Bullet trails have NOT been removed
– Veteran Sharpshooters and Prussian Jaegers +5 accuracy
– Prussian Jaegars +2 unit cap
– Veteran Sharpshooters have been renamed to Marksmen. All comments on this change will be taken into consideration
