It combines Idea variation buildings and ideas with Europa Expanded
Also includes More Ruler personalities
Added the Idea variation buildings to the EE upgrade all buildings macrobuilder "shift+b" for shortcut.
Included many decisions and mechanics from Build multiple buildings at a time mod to improve gameplay.
This mod is not compatible with Government Expanded it will cause a crash after Age of Absolutism
