Description:

Keyboard shortcuts: press "C" to mark a selected province, and "shift+C" to remove a mark from the selected province.
(If the shortcut doesn’t appear, or if it’s the wrong button and it doesn’t reset, go to
"DocumentsParadox InteractiveEuropa Universalis IV" and delete the "shortcuts.txt" file.)

A simple tool that allows you to easily transfer provinces.

It probably works in multiplayer, but since the Marks are shared by everyone, it’s probably going to be messy.

I also made a balanced province transfer tool that’s better suited for multiplayer and immersion, go check it out!
