What does this mod basically do?

A different approach is taken at how Cadet Branches a.k.a. Dynasty Houses are created by changing the decision itself.

Any thought process?

It must be dealt with at once! What, you say?
The never-ending spam of newly and (much likely) insignificant Dynasty Houses!
So hey, hear me out: I’ve changed the code of the decision. Wanna try it?

What does this specifically do?
‘Create Cadet Branch’ decision
  • Near every ruler is eligible to Create Cadet Branch now.
  • The interval of time between AI checking the availability has been changed:
    • Barony-tier rulers check every 10 years now. It was <none> before.
    • County-tier rulers check every 5 years now. It was 6 months before.
    • Duchy-tier rulers check every 4 years now. It was 6 months before.
    • Kingdom-tier rulers check every 3 years now. It was 6 months before.
    • Empire-tier rulers check every 2 years now. It was 6 months before.
    • Hegemony-tier rulers check every every year now. It was 6 months before.
  • The requirements from the original code that still apply are:
    • You are an Adult.
    • You are in a Patrilineal or Matrilineal marriage.
    • You must have at least 1 Living Child.
    • Your Government allows: Creation of Cadet Branches.
    • You are not third or closer in the line of succession for one of your House Head’s Titles.
    • You must not be a Vassal or below of a direct descendant.
  • The additional requirements differ depending on each Government type now:
    • For the Administrative governments:
      • Your Level of Fame is Distinguished (2) or above.
      • Your Level of Devotion is Faithful (2) or above.
      • Your Level of Influence is Controlling (3) or above.
      • Your Legitimacy Level is greater or equal to 3. (if available)
      • Costs have been added and changes dynamically.
      • The cost of Prestige have been reduced specifically for this type.
    • For the Feudal & Clan governments:
      • You are the Top Liege / You are an Independent Ruler.
      • Your Level of Fame is Illustrious (3) or above.
      • Your Level of Devotion is Faithful (2) or above.
      • Your Legitimacy Level is greater or equal to 4.
      • Costs have been added and changes dynamically.
    • For every other government:
      • You are the Top Liege / You are an Independent Ruler.
      • Your Level of Fame is Exalted Among Men (4) or above.
      • Your Level of Devotion is Faithful (2) or above.
      • Your Legitimacy Level is greater or equal to 4.
      • Costs have been added and changes dynamically.
