Adds Terran Goliath but with style of Rimworld.

Combat walker favoured by the Terran in the Koprulu Sector, now with updated pathfinding system and function waist machine gun, ready to rumble in the rimworld

Tier 1 is weaker and less upgrade than Tier 2; Tier 3 is a beast.

Compatible with Vanilla Vehicles Expanded, will uses their component for the recipe.
