Description:

Patch made to allow users to use both Ancient Knowledge with Homebrew Silvertape.

More testing is needed to ensure all province modifiers are inserted that will not block forts being built next to each other when needed.
Load order should be as follow:

1) Anbennar
2) Homebrew silvertape
3) Ancient Knowledge
4) Patch
