Some minds do not simply break.
When colonists suffer mental breaks near an active monolith, they may begin manifesting Void Corrosion — a psychological and physical collapse that can transform them into horrifying Anomaly entities.

The mod includes a comprehensive settings menu with the following options:
- Minor / Major / Extreme mental break transformation chances
- Global transformation multiplier
- Toggle monolith requirement
- Enable/disable colonist recovery
- Toggle permanent colonist loss
- Select allowed anomaly forms
- Support for prisoners, slaves and children
- Stabilization cooldown duration
- Trauma duration after recovery
Designed for RimWorld 1.6 with the Anomaly DLC.
Should work with most race and xenotype mods, although full compatibility with every custom race cannot be guaranteed.
Transformations use custom psychic agony-style audio effects inspired by vanilla Anomaly events, making each manifestation feel disturbing and impactful.
