Better Hybrid Culture Names
Mod changes very messy culture1-culture2-…-culture10 naming pattern which had happened when AI hybrids are created.
Now new hybrid cultures will be named after the primary title held by the initiator.
If that culture name is taken, prefix "High" will be added.
