本补丁允许将领在5级以后直接招募外族士兵作为自己的部曲，而非需要伯长来招募。
需要置于《解锁隐藏兵种》之上。

This patch allows generals to directly recruit FOREIGN UNITS as their own part after level 5, instead of requiring the captain to recruit.
Should be ranked above 《UNLOCK HIDING-UNITS》 in mods manager。
