[LWOTC] Almost everyone is a Savant
The mod is inspired by another mod for WOTC – Everyone is a Savant
In LWOTC, Combat intelligence levels depend on PsiOffense when generating a soldier. So it wasn’t possible to make all soldiers Savants quickly, but we have 70-80% stably.
The remaining 20-30% of soldiers become Gifted or Genius.
Most likely it will work with WOTC too.
Doesn’t work with existing campaigns as the rookies you can recruit already have their combat intelligence determined by the game.
No class overrides.
