Elite Guard
The Elite Guard is a private special military force of The Connections, an international criminal organization responsible for the creation and selling of bioweapons in Resident Evil Requiem.
It is implied that this group is consisted of former operators from the Umbrella Security Service and United States Special Forces, hired by The Connections as their elite private military force to carry out dangerous, clandestine missions and black operations on their behalf, backed by the U.S. Government.
Although this mod comes with a multiskin mutator, I highly recommend using this mutator
