Same Heritage Hybrid Cultures
This is a pretty simple mod that just removes the requirement for both cultures to be of different heritage, so you can now let your creativity run free and create a hybrid culture with essentially every culture as long as you fulfil the other requirements.
What it does: Removes the requirement for both cultures to be of different heritage, and adds a game rule for whether AIs are allowed to hybridise with the same heritage or not.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with most versions of the game and mods since it doesn’t overwrite that much. Safe to be added mid-game.
