All Under Heaven Plus
Introduction: Added mechanisms and flavors for ‘All Under Heaven’ DLC in various aspects, with more to be added in the future, aiming to make the ‘All Under Heaven’ DLC as detaled as ‘Road to Power’ dlc.
New Dynastic Cycle Phase
- New Cycle Phase: Added ‘Wavering Phase’, which is a phase without significent pros or cons, essentially a normal period in a dynasty
- New Cycle Trigger: Modified some triggers that change the direction of dynasty cycles, making it smoother compared to before
- The current order of dynastic cycles is: Expansion/Advancement —> Wavering —> Instablity —> Chaos
New Merit Khanate Contents
- New Vassal Contracts: Banner Contract strengthens military capabilities, Tribal Contract manages conquered nomadic tribes
- New Government Modifier: Strengthens military capabilities, weakens economic capabilities
- New Interactions: Settle Nomadic Subjects, making your nomadic vassals or tributers feudalized and become your vassal if not yet.
New Warlord Government Content
- Warlord Government: A special feudal government type with strong military capability
- Warlord Contracts: General contracts tied to "Military Elective Succession", Prince contract can change the succession law to "Annointment Succession"
- Warlord Succession: Warlords use two special inheritance laws that do not participate in governor appointments
- Historical Warlords: Youji, Hebei, and Daibei start as feudal circuits in the 867 scenario
- Warlord Flavors: Warlords have special MAA, buildings, laws, and special contracts allowing them to be summoned in the lord’s defensive wars
New Administrative Government Content
- New Administrative Laws: Added two types of vassal management law, similar in mechanism to crown authority laws, but with different specific effects
- New Character Values: A new value "Local Political Power" is displayed below "Governor Efficiency" and determines the autonomy of administrative vassals
- Local Political Power: High Local Political Power can unlock the ability for vassals to join factions and allows vassals to become warlords
- Merit Acquisition: Characters’ abilities can now allow them to continuously gain or lose merit value over time
- New Manor Buildings: Added several internal upgrades for East Asian manors that can only be built by imperial-level independent rulers
New Mandala System Content
- Confiscate Temple Properties: Now, non-Mandala rulers can convert temple fortresses into castles through this decision, but with negative outcomes
- Fall of the God-King: In extreme situations, a Mandala ruler will lose their God-King status and become a feudal ruler
Sinicization Reform Decision
- Non-Han cultures or cultures that are not derived from Han can take "Sinicization reform" after occupying sufficient territory in China region.
- Sinicization reform will randomly generate a Sinicized culture based on the heritage and traditions of the current culture, divided into several different types:
Sinicized Turkic culture, Sinicized Mongolic culture, Sinicized Northeast Asia culture, Sinicized Southeast Asia culture, Sinicized other cultures. - Same type will apply the same generation formula, and the generated cultures will be relatively similar.
- Tribal states will become meritocratic government after Sinicization, and nomadic states will become Merit Khanate government after Sinicization.
- Already Sinicized cultures cannot take Sinicization again.
New Cultural Traditions
- To better simulate various cultures in the Asian region, five new cultural traditions have been added:
Meng’an Mouke, Literature Approval, Proved by Sword, Imperial Armoury, Minor China
