Feel like there is not enough straits for the mechanic to make a difference in gameplay? Well, this mod is for you.

9 vanilla straits + 22 modded straits for a total of 31 in-game:

(Not included in the picture)

-Kuril Islands: between Russia and Japan.

(Included in the picture)

-Torres Strait: between Australia and New Guinea.

-Strait of Magellan: between Tierra del Fuego and mainland South America.

-La Pérouse Strait (or Soya Strait): between Sakhalin and Hokkaido.

-Strait of Messina: between Sicily and Calabria.

-Palk Strait: between India and Sri Lanka.

-Gulf of Finland: between Finland and Estonia.

-Dardanelles: between Eastern Thrace and Anatolia.

-Strait of Dover: between Great Britain and continental Europe.

-Taiwan Strait: between Formosa and China.

-Cuban Strait: between Cuba and Caribbean.

-Strait of Magascar: between Madagascar and the world.

-Korean Strait: beteen Korea and Japan.

-Strait of the Highlands: between UK and world.

-South Africa Gateway: between east and west of the world.

-Bass Strait: between Tasmania and Australia.

-Strait of Otranto: between Italy and Turkey.

-Florida Strait: between Cuba and US.

-Mona Passage: between Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

-Cuban Strait: between Cuba and Haiti.

-North Channel: between UK and Ireland.

All of them require full control and military control for full block, why? Because it makes sense, specially in the victorian era, but if enough people complain about it I may change it.
