Shades of Black – Nihilism Overhaul
Nihilism overhaul mod altering the base conditions for having and maintaining a "Nihilist Government" with new events, JEs, mechanics, ideologies, and a lot of ideological splintering.
The vision is based off the historical Russian Nihilist movement of the 1860s, as the vanilla depiction is, but with an expansion on certain themes around dissolution, "clearing the ground" and the role of women.

-Reworks base Nihilist requirements to declare a country with State Atheist and republic (non-Council Republic) laws to be declared a "Nihilist State"
