Description:

Changes Large Depots as follows:
– Allows large depots to be demolished.
– Input/Output area now holds 100 resources. Facilitates RC Transports better.
– Total storage size is now 4050 (was 4000)
– Depot will only attempt to store resource when input/output area is over 50 resources.
