Residental building type 1-410
Dear friends, hello!
I present to you a typical serial design for residential buildings 1-410. This series formally belongs to the Stalin period in terms of its construction year and comfort. It has a huge number of layouts, variations, and sections—counting them all is quite difficult, so I selected four common sections and created a mod for the game. I also chose the latest version of the exterior—without any decoration, although, of course, this series also features rich stucco, plaster, and different heights—there are many variations, but it’s impossible to implement them all at once.
This series was built from 1951 to 1961 only in Moscow and the Moscow region. A house (presumably Series 1-410) is also in development, which features different types of sections and rich decor.
The mod includes four buildings:
- Series 1-410_1. Housing quality – 84%, number of residents – 35;
- Series 1-410_2. Housing quality – 84%, number of residents – 50;
- Series 1-410_3. Housing quality – 84%, number of residents – 50;
- Series 1-410_4. Housing quality – 84%, number of residents – 50.
