Celestial Court of Cathay
The Celestial Court is a unique (Chaos Dwarf Parliament) system for Cathay factions, simulating the power structure of the imperial court under the Dragon Emperor’s rule. All Cathay factions (players and AI) can participate in the competition for seats in the Celestial Court, gaining exclusive rewards by consuming Influence.

Court Tiers
The Celestial Court is divided into four tiers, containing a total of 27 seats, categorized into three main types:

  • (Industry)
    – Tier I: Scholars, Doctors of the Five Classics, Junior Scholars
    – Tier II: Minister of Works, Vice Minister of Works, Director of the Armory Bureau
    – Tier III: Censor General, Prison Director, Court of Judicial Supervision

    – Tier I: Commander, Regional Governor, Commandant of the Imperial Guard
    – Tier II: Minister of War, Chief Commander of the Capital Army, Eastern Commander

  • Seat Contestation
    – Consume Influence to occupy vacant seats
    – Tier I-III seats can be usurped by other factions, with costs increasing after each usurpation
    – Upon successful usurpation, diplomatic relations between the usurped and usurper will decrease

Tier IV Exclusive Skills

  • No Mercy
    – Requires unlock in the Celestial Court
    – Prevents enemy forces from retreating
    – Reduces enemy supply lines and reinforcement capabilities
  • Moon Empress’s Blessing
    – Requires unlock in the Celestial Court
    – Restores 100% health and 20% movement range
    – Provides powerful battlefield recovery capabilities
  • Silence of a Thousand Gods
    – Requires unlock in the Celestial Court
    – Removes enemy magic resistance
    – Silences enemies, preventing spellcasting

Compatibility
This MOD is compatible with all Cathay factions and supports coexistence with other Cathay-related MODs.
