Dark theme overlays (not a dark theme)
NOTE: This is NOT a dark theme, it is made for use with other dark themes which don’t change overlay colors to match.

This mod changes the population density overlay and track speed overlay so they don’t stand out as much against dark themes, the opacity of the population density overlay is also lower, so it’s easier to see dark roads with low contrast.
Edited vanilla textures are used.
