This is my attempt at bringing African-based factions to Antistasi, since there are not that many!
These are fictional factions heavily inspired by real-world African government coalitions, militias, insurgents, and PMCs. Though any likeness to a specific nation or NGO is purely coincidental (except the UN).

The PADF
Occupier
The Pan-African Defence Force is inspired by several real-world African government militaries. They are a highly organized, professional force equipped with primarily late Cold War-era weapons and vehicles.
The PADF acts as the main governmental force.
The RFAS
Invader
The Revolutionary Front for African Sovereignty is inspired by numerous aggressor states throughout modern African history. Their forces are highly disorganized, relying heavily on aging World War II and early Cold War-era equipment, supplemented by captured weapons and improvised vehicles.
The RFAS acts as the main invading force.
The ILFA
Invader, Rival & Rebel
The Islamic Liberation Front of Africa is a militant Islamist movement inspired by various insurgent and extremist groups operating across Africa. Their forces rely on captured military equipment, technicals, and a diverse arsenal of AK-pattern rifles.
The ILFA acts as an alternative weaker invading force, rivals, or rebels.
The PRM

The Patriotic Resistance Movement is inspired by various African civilian self-defense forces. Composed primarily of Christians, it operates as a grassroots militia dedicated to protecting local communities from insurgent and extremist threats.
The PRM acts as an alternative weaker occupying force, or rebels.
UN Peacekeepers
Occupier
United Nations peacekeepers have long been involved in conflicts across the African continent, supporting peacekeeping operations, humanitarian efforts, and regional stability.
The UN Peacekeepers act as an alternative occupying force.
Black River Security
Occupier & Rival
Black River Security is a Western-backed PMC providing advisory and security services to pro-Western governments across Africa. Equipped with modern weapons and vehicles, its contractors serve as highly trained specialists across the African continent.
Black River Sec. acts as an alternative occupying force, or rivals.
Novgorod Consulting
Invader & Rival
Novgorod Consulting is a Russian-backed PMC operating throughout Africa. Acting in support of Moscow’s strategic interests, its contractors provide security and combat services while maintaining a degree of plausible deniability for the Russian government.
Novgorod Consulting acts as an alternative invading force, or rivals.
African Civilians
A mixture of Christian and Muslim civilians from the African continent.
