Description:

I made a new and improved(?) version of snakes and ladders, but Pokemon! Choose carefully how you progress down the board. Will you play snakes to move fast or save them for special effects?

Rules:
Each player rolls a dice to determine turn order.

Each player picks a starter snake.

Take turns rolling the dice and moving that many spaces.

if you land on a space with tall grass, draw a tall grass card and either: play its piece to the board immediately OR save it to your hand for a later effect.

When you pass a bench, drop your marble on it. This is a checkpoint.

When you pass/ land on a spot with a trainer, stop immediately, it’s time to battle!

Roll the battle dice (x amount of times depending on the type of trainer) to see what type of attack they will hit you with.

Grass beats ground.
Ground beats poison.
Poison beats grass.

If your pieces type beats the battle dice, you finish out your roll.
If your pieces type matches the battle dice you pass the battle but are halted on that space until next turn.
If your piece is beat by the battle dice return to your last checkpoint.

First person to the bottom right of the board wins.
