Description:

Compatible with vanilla 1.13 version and BPM 2.5
This mod provides compatibility and integration for two affordmentionned mods
Changes to diplomatic plays from both mods are now combined

Also this mod adds proper neutrality system using mechanics from both mods:
• Countries with Armed Neutrality or Disarmed Nation foreign policy law now can’t be targeted by diplomatic plays, this restriction is ignored if target or agressor are unrecognized, or agressor has at least 100 infamy.
• Countries with Armed Neutrality or Disarmed Nation foreign policy law can’t enter alliences.
• Decision to break international law from Ultra Diplomacy has been reenabled with new requierments, ai will use it only if it has ultramilitarism law.

Other changes
• Disarmed Nation law was rebalanced
• Justum Bellum law allows aggresion against unrecognized countries
