Dynamic English Titles and Arms
Ever find it strange to see the duchy of Mercia get revived in the 1200s, when historically it stopped existing after the Norman conquest?
Get distracted by the creation of a duchy of Wessex, or East Anglia, after England has formed?
Think Paradox should have put Westminster Abbey IN Westminster?
This mod makes English duchy titles and their coat of arms both dynamic, and time period specific, meaning Norman rulers will instead create more accurately named duchies, with more accurate coats of arms, but they will revert to their Saxon names should they come back into power. Furthermore, the ‘base’ duchy names used by foreign cultures are also updated at specified dates to remain up to date as well.
For good measure, the baronies in London are renamed to more relevant and accurate ones, for good measure.
Mod requires Partum Scuta for the Coat of Arms changes, many thanks to the original creator @solo on steam.

List of Changes:
Mercia renamed Duchy of Warwick when under Norman rule.
Mercia is given the arms of the Duchy of Warwick when under Norman rule.
Wessex is renamed Duchy of Somerset when under Norman rule.
Wessex is given the arms of the Duchy of Somerset when under Norman rule.
Hwicce is renamed Duchy of Gloucester when under Norman rule.
Hwicce is given unique arms when under Norman rule (there is no consistent historical arms that was not already in use by other duchies, the one I used is therefore based on the Duchy of Somerset’s arms).
East Anglia is renamed Duchy of Norfolk when under Norman Rule.
The unique Norman coat of arms for East Anglia was accurate and remains unchanged.
Duchy of Cornwall coat of arms has been given its historically accurate look when under Norman rule.
In London:
Barony of Gore has been renamed to ‘Blackfriars’.
Barony of Brentford has been renamed to ‘Westminster’.
Barony of Woxbridge has been renamed to ‘Harrow’.
