Immersive Mode
Do you enjoy playing Metro Exodus on Ranger Hardcore difficulty? Then you might like this.
What does this add-on do?
- It disables the HUD (and therefore hides the subtitles).
- Disables the instructor hints.
- Modifies inventory controls (makes it easier to use with the mouse wheel).
How do I use it?
Within the game, press the "h" key, this will enable the add-on. To disable it, just press the same key again. Feel free to enable "Combine Elite" if you want full immersion.
Incompatibilities:
The Restore flashlight HUD mod seems to use the same .cfg file, so until I can find a better solution, please do not use both add-ons at the same time.
Note:
This add-on is still a work in progress. It no longer modifies your autoexec.cfg file, so feel free to try it with other mods and translations. The configuration is inside a new file tied to your skill_manifest.cfg.
