Features
- Expands the width of sitrep tooltips; long tooltips no longer clip off screen
– Affects tactical, mission preview, and squad select - Optional show/hide toggle button with configurable anchor, font size, and position
– Hover the button for a quick tooltip peek without opening the panel
– Click to pin the panel open; click again to dismiss - Flip the sitrep panel to the right edge of the screen
– Frees up the left side for other HUD elements - Configurable Y position, default visibility, hover/click behavior, and draw order
