[KW Base] Combine Overwatch SWEPs

Ports of the Overwatch SMG and AR3-S² Plasma Rifle from TFA’s Combine weapon pack, rebuilt on Kenni’s weapon base. Both weapons retain their original feel while taking full advantage of KW Base’s systems.
- Overwatch SMG – Combine-modified submachine gun firing AR2 ammo at 700 RPM.
- AR3-S² Plasma Rifle – High-capacity 50-round plasma rifle firing at 550 RPM with a holographic ammo display on the viewmodel
- Plasma Grenade Launcher – Both weapons feature a secondary fire projectile launcher; the SMG lobs a bouncing plasma grenade while the AR3 fires a high-velocity plasma projectile
- Viewmodel Ammo Display – The AR3 features an in-world holographic display showing remaining clip count and reserve ammo
- ADS Support – Full aim-down-sights with per-weapon recoil tuning and spread reduction
- C_Hands Support – Full viewmodel hands support on both weapons
