8+ Months in the Making Since November 2023, the V4 Discord Beta is Finally Here!!! I’ve Spent Absolutely Forever on this coming up with new ways to improve everything the AI does from District Placement, to Diplomacy, to Individual Civ and Victory Strategies to the World Congress. This is it, enjoy and it you haven’t already give the Main Workshop Page a Like. We Currently Have 131 Positive out of 133 Total Ratings (Steam Requires you to have ~200 positive for 5 Stars).

Use With WILDW’s Brilliant Community Extension for further Improved World Congress Targeting!! (So far for the urban development, luxury policy and DV resolutions! Warning you may incur a rare crash because of a multi-threaded lua issue WildW is current fixing (a restart of the game will fix with no issues, is this a very hard fix and if there was a person to solve it, it would be the man himself WildW!):
