[Defunct] Doubled Huge Unit Cap Tweak for Singleplayer
Marking all my Homeworld and Space Engineers mods as defunct until I can consider the game stable enough patch-wise to update them. Sorry.
Essentially doubles, and then raises the unit caps slightly further than the regular versions.
