Disclaimer

This is the First version of a BIG mod codewise. Naturally i expect it to be not 100% bugfree, but on the same time it makes no sense to test days away. Try it out and make a backup. If you are a big community server you might probably wait some more. I simply dont have an own server right now and no ways to test it on my own. If you are willing to test it out on a server, please let me know how it runs. Expect bugs and frequent updates as long as the mod is at its infancy

KNOWN BUGS

– Resourcebeacon dont see some resources (will be added in the process)
– if places are not registering you need to build them new, as the new version fixes it but old places still have no saved guid

Vision

This is the successor of the Thralls are Alive mod. It was built from scratch for the enhanced version. While it appears similar on the surface, it is a lot different then the old mod technically. We tried to capture the core features of the mod, but also improve parts where we thought they can be done better

Features

– Towncenter as the center of the mod
– Day life cycle: Thrall can be configured to do one of the following: idle, sleep, work, training, logistics, duty (patrol)
– currently thralls can gather: Iron, Brimstone, Wood, Stone, Plant Fibre, Aloe Vera, Coal
– Emoter as a placeable where Thralls can idle, fully configurable which emotes will be played there in a loop (might also be used by living settlement thralls)
– AdminUI can be opened in console with: iladmin
– Transportation: Thralls can transport items around your base
– Non combat thralls for living settlements can be registered at towncenter as well: Just choose state "nothing" then living settlement is activated (EXPERIMENTAL i would advice to not add them for now)
– finally can open doors
– Only one bed currently available from the mod
– mod adds other placeables with smart component as possible Idle targets (-> turn on/off at TC)

Getting Started:
1. Build Towncenter
2. Make Thrall follow you
3. Go Radial Menu Towncenter
4. Pick register
5. Open UI at Towncenter "Manage Citizens"
6. Enjoy or Despair

Patrol:
1. Build Waypoints
2. Build One Patrol Order
3. Walk near Waypoints and everytime you want to add a Waypoint to the route use Patrol Order
4. After you are done Build Hanging Patrol Node and swap patrol order in
5. Select the Hanging Patrol node in Citizen UI

Work:
– build ResourceBeacon, it checks the surroundings and determines the potential
you cant gather something which is not near the ResourceBeacon
– build workplaces -> once thralls work resources spawn in resourcebeacon

Idle:
1. Build Emoter (or any placeable with a place to idle, chair etc.)
1a If you build chair it will only be targeted on next spawn of TC aka. you go far away and come back
2. Set Thrall to idle

Vision:
I simply love colony sims and RPGs and thus this mod aims toward this goal
