Occupation Destroys Buildings
When a location gets occupied by an army, approximately 10% of building levels and 5% of rgo levels will be destroyed*.
Why?
– Helps reduce the chronic overproduction that affects most goods.
– Areas that are constantly overrun by armies will have lower output, increasing profits for locations that are safe from war
Notes:
– Locations occupied by province capitals or forts are not affected.
– Each building/rgo level has an x% chance of being destroyed.
– This was made for 1.2 but should probably work for 1.3. Compatible with most mods (only touches on_location_occupied and on_siege_won).
