Congress of Vienna 1816 (W.I.P!) is a mod the rewinds the state of the world to how it was on 1/1/1816 just after the defeat of Napoleon and the Congress of Vienna. This gives the players the option of playing in a slightly different world, while remaining familiar. Enjoy the extra 20 years of gameplay!

Restore Napoleon, throw off the Spanish chains and proclaim Mexico, or grip tight to Hanover.
Lead the Zulu or the Comanche against the colonial powers pushing your border.

Play your way and engage in many ahistorical possibilities!
