Foreword

This is my 41st Civilization 6 mod. I did my best with the numbers, and I hope you have a great experience playing it.
This mod adds the civilization (Masked Fools) and a new leader (Sparkle).

If you encounter any issues while playing this mod, please contact me. It is very important to me!


Civilization: Masked Fools

Civilization Ability: "Elation"
Cities with Happiness at Happy or Ecstatic gain +10% output. Upon unlocking a civic that costs at least 120 Culture and is not one of the following options, choose one of four: "Unlock Political Philosophy", "Unlock Drama and Poetry", "Unlock Games and Recreation", or "+1% Production".

For each war you are not involved in, all cities gain +1 Amenities; for each peace you are not involved in, all cities gain -1 Amenities.

New Unique Civilization Building: Illusion Dream Stage
Unique building of the Masked Fools, replacing the Amphitheater with a lower cost. Provides +1 Amenities to its city, and additionally provides +1 Citizen slot, Culture, and a Writing slot.
Grants +2 Production to improvements on Luxury Resources within 3 tiles.


Leader: Sparkle

Leader Ability: A Thousand Roles
Start the game with 2 Blank Masks (max 4). When not wearing a mask, you may choose to wear a mask to gain special effects.
When receiving tribal village rewards and era score changes, current technology & civic research progress and capital production progress advance by 2.5x%. When other civilizations’ units receive tribal village rewards, there is a 50% chance to trigger a bomb, losing 50 HP. (x = number of masks currently held)



New Unique Civilization Building: Illusion Architecture
Sparkle’s unique building, replacing the Arena with a lower cost. Provides +2 Amenities to its city. Wonders within 3 tiles of this building provide an additional +1 Amenities to the city center where the wonder is located.

===== Changelog =====

Added: When the number of masks reaches zero, gain one Blank Mask after 15 turns.
Added: After success, all cities gain +2% to all outputs.
Fixed: Display issue with city production. Optimized the left hover text to show progress and cost directly.
Reduced failure penalties: Changed "-20% output in all cities" to "-15% output in all cities", and "-5 population in all cities" to "-3 population".
Added: Each era score gained now accelerates the additional production or additional research progress by 1 turn.

Increased the reward Sparkle gets from tribal villages or triggering historic moments from 2.5 to 5.
