More Mobile Snipers
Different take on the sniper: Sharpshooters can move and then shoot with their primary weapon, but receive a configurable aim penalty of -50%. Because they can move, why not reload? They can also reload and shoot, with configurable penalty. You can even remove the penalties if you wish!
Creates an interesting choice of whether to gamble to get that extra 3 damage in over your pistol.
Tested to work with LW2 Classes and Perks.
Technically applies to sniper RIFLES not snipers. so anyone wielding a sniper rifle will be affected.
