Government Dividends Expanded
The Victoria 3 vanilla game has a cap of 65% Government Dividend Efficiency, and thats if you’re a Command Economy.
However, have you ever wanted to push that even further?
This mod changes two mechanics to add two ways to increase your Government Dividend Efficiency all the way to 100%!
Changes:
Changed two levels of the Construction power bloc principle:
>Construction 2: 5% Government Dividend Efficiency
>Construction 3: 10% Government Dividend Efficiency
Changed the Bureaucracy resource to give up to 25% Government Dividend Efficiency when you have a Bureaucracy excess!
This gives you access to an additional 35% Government Dividend Efficiency, allowing you to reach the 100% max with Command Economy, and assisting with the other economic laws!

> I am not great at updating my mods, but hopefully this should remain untouched by updates.
> This has not been tested for balance.
> Requires the "Spheres of Influence" DLC to function. A version without the SoI DLC can be found here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3742219770 (Although this limits GDE to 90%)
