10 Building Slots for Aegan and Mesopotamian Cult Centres
As the title said, cult centres in Aegan and Mesopotamian regions (like Troy or Mycenaean) will also have 10 building slots. Babylon and Akhetaten were increased to 12 slots since 10 slots single settlement provinces are not very useful.
Also fixed a vanilla startpos bug:
· Amenmesse is not present in the Egyptian dynasty tree.
This is a startpos mod, so it requires a new campaign to work and will conflict with all other startpos mods
