Overview
Viet Nam Names & Flags (VNNF) is a mod that adds a small handful of new country names, flags, map colors, and government types for Vietnam to improve the historical accuracy and immersion in its portrayal in Victoria 3.
VNNF includes:
- 9 new flags & improved flag logic for a more diverse array of political situations Vietnam may find herself in
- Dynamic names to rename the country to Viet Nam if the monarchy is abolished, as well as Annam or Indochina if subjugated by non-Asian powers
- New map colors giving Vietnam more flair instead of having the same shade of gray all the time
- Adjusted government types to fix the Vietnamese monarchy not styling themselves as an empire under an emperor
Mod Compatibility
VNNF REPLACES the flag definitions for Vietnam. Mods that try to replace Vietnamese flags too may cause conflicts specifically with the flags of VNNF.
VNNF otherwise injects its other changes where relevant, so it should work with all other mods.
Loading Order
This mod otherwise works alone and may be placed anywhere to any other mods.
DLC Requirements
This mod does not rely on any DLC features, so you should not need any DLCs.
