Pack of stalinkas (Oktyabrskaya square)
Dear friends, hello!
I am pleased to present to you my new project of the Stalin era – a complex of buildings from the 50s from Oktyabrskaya Square in Magnitogorsk. Oktyabrskaya Square in Magnitogorsk is one of the most significant architectural ensembles of the city, recognized as an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. The architectural ensemble was formed in the second half of the 1950s. Its creation was fixed in the general plan of Magnitogorsk, adopted in 1947. The design was carried out by a Moscow group of architects led by Lev Paper.
Despite the Decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU and the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated November 4, 1955 "On the elimination of excesses in design and construction," Oktyabrskaya Square was built while preserving the decorative richness characteristic of the "Stalinist Empire"
For convenience, all building sections are divided into fragments and do not collide, so you can build a circular area or other rounded forms of Stalinist buildings. There are no mods for straight sections, so the ends are covered with other buildings that do not collide, or you can follow the pre-made shapes from the real world, as shown in the screenshots.
The mod includes 3 buildings:
- Stalinka_(Mgnt)_1. The quality of housing is 88%, the number of tenants is 36;
- Stalinka_(Mgnt)_2. The quality of housing is 88%, the number of tenants is 32;
- Stalinka_(Mgnt)_3. Quality of housing – 88%, number of tenants – 54;
- Stalinka_(Mgnt)_4. The quality of housing is 88%, the number of tenants is 59.
