Control Your Climate – Control changes climates
Weather is now to be ruled by "Control". not merely overcome to.
The "Torch Building" changes the weather, removing all inappropriate climate effects.

Feature.
-Protection Building(torch) : remove the climate penalty of settled regions.
1) This feature is exclusive to the player.
2) Available from Settlement Tier 2.
3) Just One building could effect applies to all region in province of player faction.

Protection Building Level 1 (Requires Settlement Tier 2)
Protection Building Level 2 (Requires Settlement Tier 3)
Protection Building Level 3 (Requires Settlement Tier 4)
-> Regardless of building level, when ‘Control is 50 or higher’, all climate penalties are removed.
-> Provides bonus for Protection Building and Settlement construction.
Weather effects revert back to their original state if the settlement is lost or all buildings are destroyed.
If the settlement is quickly reclaimed and the Protection Building is intact, the weather effects will be preserved.

Faction
-Available to all factions except those without climate penalties.
-Only for Kislev, the effect activates from "Devotion is positive".

What is it different from the "Torch Your Climate" mod?
1) "Torch Your Climate" mod works based on scripts.
2) The effect is applied immediately upon building construction.
3) Climate penalties are alleviated in 3 stages: Red -> Yellow -> Green.
"Control Your Climate" mod is
1) This mod does not use script functionality. (It works lightly and simply.)
2) The climate does not change immediately even after building construction.
3) All climate penalties are removed at once without intermediate stages when ‘Control is 50 or higher’.

-Compatible with all campaigns.
-Compatible with other climate change mods. (but, not recommended)
-No need to use with the "Torch Your Climate" mod.
-Highly recommend choosing and using only one:
either "Torch Your Climate" or "Control Your Climate".
