【功能】
- 增加了“国民基本收入”日志，可以用财政给全国国民发放基本收入。（需要花费行政力，1金/人年的花费相当于2级机构）
- 增加了“国有资产利润管理”日志，可以手动调整国有资产的再投资比例。（需要花费行政力，额外调整±100%时花费达到最大，相当于一个满级机构。）
- 以上日志均可在存档中途加入，会在过月时刷新出来。

This Mod is an updated version adapted for the new game version of the optimized remake of "Journal: Universal Basic Income", with the same functionality as the original Mod.

Notes:

[Features]
- Added the "Universal Basic Income" journal, which allows using the treasury to provide basic income to all citizens nationwide. (Requires spending bureaucracy; a cost of 1 gold/person-year is equivalent to a level 2 institution.)
- Added the "State Asset Profit Management" journal, which allows manually adjusting the reinvestment ratio of state assets. (Requires spending bureaucracy; the cost reaches its maximum when adjusting an additional ±100%, equivalent to a max-level institution.)
- All of the above journals can be added mid-game save and will appear at the monthly tick.
