This patch aims to fix the compatibility issue between CWA1971 and West81.

If you encounter any of the following issues, they are all caused by an incorrect loading order. Please check your mod loading order:
1. The head of my East German character is missing.
2. The 1971 map is not available in my map options.
3. My missiles are flying around in a mess.
