Re:Men-At-Arms Tweaks

Regardless of other modifiers such as Culture Traditions and Character Traits, adds a fixed increase to the size and limit of Men-at-Arms Regiments you can muster.

While playing with the additional Game Rules from the ‘More Game Rules’ mod, the experience of a higher Men-At-Arms regiment limit and size has become almost mandatory in my playthroughs so I decided to specifically mod that.

• Increases the size of each and every Men-at-Arms Regiment by 4.
• Increases the limit of the number of Men-at-Arms Regiments by 3.
• Adds a localization for the modifier for the in-game interface.
