Dear friends, hello!
I am pleased to present to you my new project, a uniquely inscribed Stalin-era house in the finished buildings of imperial Russia of the 19th century, in the very center of the historical center of St. Petersburg, on Sennaya Square. According to the bas-relief, the house was built in 1950. In the game, this house is well suited for building into a ready-made building between two old houses.
For the convenience of the house, there are no collisions and can dock as you like.
The mod includes 3 buildings:
- Stalinka. Quality of housing – 96%, number of tenants – 52;
- Stalinka_arch. The quality of housing is 96%, the number of tenants is 44.
