-Units in your starting garrisons spawn at low health as if the settlement was recently founded at start of campaign
-AI Factions will begin the game with standard garrisons but they will be replaced with Deithland garrisons on turn 2, this may lead to Empire factions struggling in the first few turns as their garrisons must replenish themselves, but should lead to stronger defences over all considering the strength of the Deithland mod
-The Future-
-If anybody knows how to make units spawn at full health I will do so
-Suggested changes to garrisons are welcome
-Compatibility-
-Save game compatible but will reset garrisons low hp until they replenish
-This mod will not function without Deithland: An Empire Roster Overhaul
-This mod will likely be incompatible / cause issues with any mod that changes the garrisons of any Empire buildings that already have garrisons. But not ones that add new units to garrisons
