Relocate Pops Cabinet Action
What this mod does
Adds two cabinet actions, one for moving pops between locations and one for between provinces.
You can also specify the culture and religion of the pops that should be moved.
The speed of the migration is dependant on many factors, among them are;
cabinet efficiency
pop satisfaction or control (whichever is highest)
culture or religion percentage of the moving pops (smaller miniorities are slower to move)
