Unlimited Domain and Duchies – Player Only
With this mod, you can hold an unlimited personal domain and as many duchies as you want without the too many duchies penalty.
The penalty for holding too many duchies is disabled globally, so AI rulers will also not receive this penalty. The personal domain limit is increased only for the player.
